TOS

This Terms of Service (TOS) agreement is intended to protect both myself and any prospective client.

Please take the time to read carefully. Failure to read this document does not exempt you from its terms.

By commissioning me, you agree to the TOS as outlined below.

• By commissioning work, you grant me the right to reproduce and share the finalized piece in public venues and on my professional portfolio (e.g., SoundCloud), unless otherwise agreed upon through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or a specific release schedule.
• The finalized track will be delivered in both 320kbps MP3 and 16-bit/48kHz WAV formats. Loop edits can be provided in any configurations you request.
• You may use the finalized track freely, provided you credit me appropriately (as Masm/@masmenino) in suitable contexts (e.g., channel description, video description, end credits, watermarks, social media posts, etc.).
• You may not host, mint, or sell the files using any blockchain-based technology or service (including NFTs or similar platforms).
• You may not upload or distribute the unmodified track on any streaming platform, digital store, or record label.
• If you adapt or modify the track for use as an instrumental in a song you have written and released, you must inform me so I can be properly credited on streaming services and online stores.
• Work will pause at each stage until client approval is received.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission, for any reason.
